Application Window

We are currently accepting applications for the following start dates:

  • July 6, 2026 - Application deadline: April, 1, 2026
  • October 5, 2025 - Application deadline: July 1, 2026

Steps to Apply

  • Submit your CV and an essay detailing your interest in our fellowship program to our Selection Committee at: nppafellowship@shastahealth.org
  • Applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee.
  • If a candidate meets all application requirements, a virtual screening will be conducted by the Fellowship Coordinator.
  • Candidates being considered will be offered a site visit to tour our facilities and interview with our Selection Committee.

Important Application Dates

  • April - August: Accepting applications for the following January. Decisions made in October.
  • July - November: Accepting applications for the following April. Decisions made in January.
  • January - May: Accepting applications for the following October. Decisions made in July.
  • October - February: Accepting applications for the following July. Decisions made in April.
