Melissa Turley

Ms. Turley joined Shasta Community Health Center in 2021 and holds master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration. She came to Redding in 2014 from Australia and brings many years of experience in the human resources field, including international experience having worked for international organizations and managed human resources in countries such as Australia, Singapore, and America. Ms. Turley has experience working with many diverse employee populations having hired and worked with a diverse range of employees from different cultural backgrounds. In addition, she has many years of experience in insurance and risk management across corporate, government and non-profit organizations and is also Master Certified in Human Resources with the International Association of Professional Consultants.
