Gender Health Services

At SCHC, we welcome all transgender patients for any health and wellness needs you may have. Services include primary and preventive health care, acute care through our Urgent Care department, STD Screening, hormone therapy for adults, referrals for pediatric hormone therapy, and guidance with gender affirming process. Through your primary care clinician, you may also be referred for behavioral health consults, case management, and mental health care.
