Transgender Health Services

At Shasta Community Health Center, we welcome all transgender patients for any health and wellness needs you may have. Services include primary and preventive health care, acute care through our Urgent Care department, STD Screening, hormone therapy for adults, referrals for pediatric hormone therapy and help through the sex reassignment surgery process. Through your primary care clincian, you may also be referred for behavioral health consults, case management, and mental health care.

If you have an interest in consulting a clinician about your personal health care needs, please reach out to our coordinator to begin the process.
