Patient Education & Health Promotion

At SCHC, the Patient Education & Health Promotion Team offers free health workshops and classes to the community.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are only able to offer virtual workshops and events at this time. We look forward to offering in-person workshops and classes in the future once we get clearance from the State. Thank you for your understanding.
