Masks Required At All SCHC Sites

Masks must be worn inside all SCHC buildings. We ask that all patients visiting our medical sites bring a mask along with them. This is done for the safety of all of our patients and staff. If you do not have a mask, our screeners will provide one to you at the front door. As recommended by the CDC, children under two years old do not have to wear a mask.

Visitor Limits At Our Health Centers

We ask that you bring as few people as possible with you to your visit. This will help reduce the number of people screened at our front doors, and limits the amount of people in our health centers.

Screening At Our Health Centers

We continue to screen all patients at the door for any breathing concerns or signs of respiratory infection for COVID-19.

What to Expect

A staff member will ask whether you have had a cough, fever, or shortness of breath in the past two days. Your temperature will also be taken by an infrared forehead thermometer. If you have answered yes to any of those questions or present with a fever you will be seen away from other patients for further evaluation.

If you have questions about your symptoms please call our triage nurse at (530) 246-5845.
