Laura Baynard

Ms. Baynard holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Capella University, and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Simpson University. She studied to obtain her RN license at Shasta College. She participates in several committees within the community including the Public Health Advisory Committee and Public Health Nurse-Family Partnership Subcommittee. Laura has worked for SCHC since 2017 and currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer. Prior to working for SCHC, she worked for 13 years in the blood banking industry.
