Monitor Your Blood Pressure at Home

One of the best ways to monitor your blood pressure is to do it yourself in a comfortable setting like your home. It’s called Self-Measured Blood Pressure monitoring (SMBP). This short video from the National Association of Community Health Centers will teach you how to use your home blood pressure monitor so that you can share your readings with your clinician and, together with your health care team, make better decisions about your health care.
