Work/Life Balance

Shasta Community Health Center understands the importance of work/life balance and is a family oriented employer. We understand that family time, outside interests, and personal time are important to our employees.

Hours

SCHC operates Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with evening and Saturday clinics.

Vacation

SCHC offers vacation to all regular, full-time employees. Vacation is determined upon seniority.

Paid Holidays

SCHC observes 8 paid holidays each year.
