Robin Glasco
Chief Operation Officer

Robin Glasco is the Chief Operations Officer at Shasta Community Health Center. She has been a member of staff at SCHC since 1997 and assists the CEO in providing leadership, direction and administration of operations of the health center. She has been in the health care management field for over 28 years and her broad-based experience is combined with a particular expertise and interest in human resources, operations, organizational development, technology in medicine and compliance.

In addition to her role at the health center she is a BPHC technical assistance consultant. Robin received her BA in Business from National University and her MHA in Health Care Administration from Chapman University. She is a Certified Health Care Executive, Diplomat of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Alumni of the Johnson and Johnson Healthcare Leadership Program at UCLA and Leadership Redding. Most recently she completed a Graduate Certificate Program in Healthcare Compliance at George Washington University and obtained certification in Health Care Compliance. Robin is actively involved in a variety of community initiatives and collaborations that work together to improve her community and she enjoys helping SCHC colleagues and shares her expertise freely.
