The Early Intervention Services Program provides HIV/AIDS medical care for those who do not have health insurance, have insufficient insurance, or limited financial resources. Other services include: HIV/AIDS counseling, risk reduction counseling, case management, and patient education. We assist with referrals to services such as dental, nutrition, and mental health as well as referrals to medication assistance program, food programs, support groups and much more.
HIV/AIDS is a disease process that is as unique as the persons living with it. It can be challenging, complicated and restrictive for the patient. If you or a family member is living with HIV or AIDS, we can work together to find the tools and resources to assist you with your day-to-day living as well as provide up-to-date medical treatment and education.
